H-E-B Thanksgiving Day Parade Application
This parade application is for consideration to participate for the 77th Annual H-E-B Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, November 26, 2026. It is designed to provide the Mayor’s Office of Special Events with important information about your organization's proposed involvement. If your group is accepted, the information on this form will be used for production and planning purposes. This is not an invitation to participate. If selected, you will be notified in writing no later than October 1, 2026. Please note that by submitting this application you acknowledge the following: 1) Submission of this form does NOT guarantee acceptance into the parade. 2) This parade is being produced for television and thus entertainment focused. 3) You will comply with all parade safety rules and instructions from City Staff. 4) All participants in the entry will act respectfully. 5) Note to Marching Bands: Mascots, vehicles and handlers are not allowed through the television zone and must be pre-approved by the Mayor's Office of Special Events. 6) The City of Houston is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property. PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING FORM AND SUBMIT IT WITH THE REQUESTED MATERIALS FOR THE PARADE. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
