Every participant will leave with the inclination, desire, and ability to deliberately build a culture that drives their strategic plan and nurtures employee engagement.

SESSION 01: What is Culture & Why Define It Now?

Your culture is what your team says, does, and rewards. In this session, we'll discuss why culture, not pay, is what closes the engagement gap.

SESSION 02: People & Culture
Thursday, October 22nd | 1:00 - 2:15 PM CT

Find the gap between what your business needs, what your brand promises, and the culture you actually have today.

SESSION 03: Vision, Mission, and Values
Thursday, November 5th | 1:00 - 2:15 PM CT

Fine-tune your organization's vision, mission, and values until they are specific enough to act on.

SESSION 04: Practices & Rewards
Thursday, November 19th | 1:00 - 2:15 PM CT

Turn values into actionable practices, and build a reward system that reinforces the culture you're wanting to create.

Participants can expect to complete exercises between each session.
PROGRAM OUTCOMES

In this program, participants will:
✔️ Distinguish culture from engagement and satisfaction
✔️ Diagnose their organization's current culture
✔️ Draft a vision and mission statement
✔️ Define 5–6 core values and translate them into actionable practices
✔️ Build reward and accountability structures that reinforce those practices
✔️ Assemble a complete Culture Document with an integration plan
PROGRAM TUITION
- $99 per participant
- Complimentary participation for current coaching clients & their employees
Tuition includes participation in four live sessions, and a Student Notebook.

Participants must commit to participation in three of the four live sessions in order to get the recording for a missed session.
ABOUT THE TRAINER

As Founder and Managing Director of People Biz, Inc., Alicia Marie is a leader in the field of professional development. She has designed custom training and coaching programs for hundreds of leaders in a variety of industries across the country. In addition, Alicia has over 25 years’ experience coaching managers, leaders and professionals on how to build a career, a business, or a life worth having.

Ms. Marie has been a business owner for more than 35 years. Her insatiable desire to learn about people, along with her expertise in behavioral sciences, neuro-linguistics and business, give her a unique ability to powerfully address the challenges her clients face.

Items and information cannot and should not be copied, distributed or duplicated, in any way for monetary purposes. Note taking is permitted, with the understanding that they are for my own personal use. I am clear that all work product is the property of People Biz, Inc. I understand that I will likely meet other People Biz clients through courses and social media. I agree that I will never try to solicit People Biz clients for coaching, training, consulting or facilitation services.
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

I understand that as a paid registrant, if I'm unable to attend the training, the tuition is non-refundable, and I can purchase the recording on the People Biz, Inc. website, once it's available. As a current coaching client, I understand that I am able to participate in these live webinar sessions for free.
