This event will feature live entertainment, local food, shopping, and a community celebration highlighting culture, music, and small businesses.
Vendor Placement Options & Fees
Shaun Diamond Plaza Placement
Only food booths qualify for placement
Food Booth (10x10): $150
Limited to 14 spaces
Food trucks, pre-packaged food vendors, and non-food vendors are not eligible for plaza placement.
Outside the Plaza
Food Booths: $125
Food Trucks: $125
Pre-Packaged Food Vendors: $100
Non-Food Vendors: $75

- This is a curated market. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- Vendor spaces are limited and will be assigned by event organizers.
- All trash, equipment, and merchandise must be picked up from your vendor space and disposed of before leaving the event on time. Vendors are responsible to ensure their space is clean before leaving. Failure to leave your area clean will blacklist you from future events
- Must provide own set up: Canopy, Table, Lighting, ETC. Canopy size must not be larger than 10*10 ( anything larger will require for you to pay for two spots (no exceptions) Electricity is not provided, vendors must bring their own battery operated lights or portable generators.
- Vendors must comply with all city, county, and health department requirements.
- Vendors must be fully set up before the market opens at 5:00 PM.

FOOD VENDOR: LA County TFF PLEASE DO NOT SEND A TFF APPLICATION TO HEALTH DEPT IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED FIRST BY 909 OPEN MARKET
Required Documents
All vendors must submit the following before approval:
Valid business license
Seller's permit
Completed Downtown Pomona TFF application (food vendors)
Additional food vendor documentation may be required depending on your business type.

YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. IF YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED FOR EVENT * EVENT ACCEPTANCE IS BASED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS AND BASED ON EVENT NEEDS AS WE DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TOO MANY REPEATED VENDORS. IF YOU DO NOT GET AN ACCCEPTANCE MESSAGE IT MEANS YOU WERE NOT SELECTED.
*NO REFUNDS * Vendor fee is non-refundable NO ROLLOVERS are allowed if you cannot make day of event. Please make sure that you are available for the date you apply for.
