PARTICIPANT RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any Velox 1 event, practice, or activity (including but not limited to the Race Roulette format and track and field competitions organized by Velox 1 LLC), I, for myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin:
- Assume All Risks: Acknowledge and fully understand that track and field activities involve inherent risks of physical injury, bodily harm, property damage, or disability, and I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.
- Release of Liability: Releasors hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Velox 1 LLC, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, interns, agents, host venues (including Cheney Stadium/City of Atlanta), and event sponsors from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of injury, illness, or damage sustained during the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
- Medical Authorization: Grant permission to Velox 1 staff to secure emergency medical treatment if required during the activity.

MEDIA RELEASE & UGC CONSENT
Velox 1 Media Release & Content Guidelines

By checking the box below, I grant Velox 1 LLC ("Velox 1"), its partners, and its representatives full permission to capture, reproduce, publish, and distribute video footage, photographs, audio recordings, and digital media taken of me during any Velox 1 event, practice, or activity.

1. Commercial & Media Release: I grant Velox 1 a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use my image, likeness, voice, and performance across any media formats (including social media, promotional sizzle reels, live streams, websites, and marketing materials) without financial compensation or prior review.

2. Participant Content & Tagging (@velox1track): Participants, spectators, and coaches are encouraged to capture and share content from Velox 1 events. By posting photos, reels, or video clips captured at or related to Velox 1 events, you agree to tag our official account @velox1track and grant Velox 1 the non-exclusive right to repost, feature, or share your content across official Velox 1 channels.
