UW works because we do. Yet, UW Admin is only offering Postdocs and Research Staff a 1% raise for the next three years and refuses to work with our union to create additional support for international and trans workers.

UW Admin is gambling with our rights, our research, and our future, and we have the choice now to envision and create a strong future for higher ed. The next step to winning this future is to show up on Monday August 31st to win strong contracts across the University of Washington.

It’s past time the University of Washington put its workers first. UAW 4121 members, WFSE, SEIU, and other union members won’t accept anything less.
