Travelling Team: Exhibition Game Outside of Alberta
Travelling Team: ALL Tournaments
FORM SUBMISSION PROCESS
Submit 10-14 business days before the event to ensure it will be approved before the event.
NO APPROVAL IN HAND - NO TRAVEL!!!
HA Penalty: No Permit = $500 fine + loss of sanctioning privileges!!
If you have not received your permmit 3 business days before the event, contact jackie@reddeerminorhockey.com to look into it for you.
NEW***Game Sheet Submisison***
Be sure to always get a copy of your game sheet and any discipline reports for all exhibition games and tournaments you attend.
For teams below the AAA and AA categories, exhibition games and tournaments are now reported through the team’s league. Teams must submit game sheets and tournament discipline reports to their designated League contact, who will review them and issue any required suspension notices.
