B. D. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, CANCELLATION & COMPLIANCE / CONTRATISTA, CANCELACION Y CUMPLIMIENTO-Vendor is an independent contractor responsible for permits, taxes, employees, claims, warranties, refunds, property security, and legal compliance.The Chamber may delay, shorten, relocate, reschedule, modify, suspend, or cancel the event for safety, weather, emergency, venue requirements,government action, utility failure, communicable disease, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. After written acceptance, fees arenonrefundable unless the Chamber permanently cancels before opening and elects a refund or credit.
