1. Retreat eligibility
This retreat has been created and offered as a women-only space. Places are available to adults aged 18 years and over who identify as women. If you are unsure whether the retreat is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.
2. Booking and payment
The payment plan deposit of $350 or full payment is required to secure your place. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
The remaining balance must be paid as per the instalment plan, (first payment due 18 September 2026, final instalment due on 9 October 2026, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed by us. If payment is not received by these dates, we may contact you to arrange payment or release your place.
3. Cancellation by you
Payments, both full payments and deposits, are non-refundable if you cancel, alternatives arrangements may be considered in some extreme circumstances. This is at the discretion of us and cannot be guaranteed in all situations.

4. Transferring your place
If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another suitable guest. The request must be received in writing at least 7 days before the retreat. The replacement guest must meet the retreat eligibility requirements, complete all required forms, agree to these terms and be suitable for the nature of the retreat.
You are responsible for arranging any payment between yourself and the replacement guest. We may decline a proposed transfer where it would create additional cost, the required information is not provided in time or the retreat is not considered suitable for the replacement guest.
Payments are not automatically transferable to a future retreat. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a credit at our discretion, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
5. Cancellation or changes by us
We may make reasonable changes to the schedule, activities, facilitators, meals, venue or accommodation where necessary. Wherever practicable, replacement arrangements will be of a reasonably comparable nature.
If we cancel the retreat and do not offer a suitable alternative, you will receive a refund of retreat payments made to us. We are not responsible for independently booked travel, accommodation, lost income or other expenses.
6. Dietary requirements and food allergies
You must disclose all dietary requirements, food allergies and intolerances on your registration form and no later than 7 days prior to the retreat date. We will take reasonable care to communicate the information provided to the caterer or accommodation provider and make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed requirements.
Meals may be prepared in a shared kitchen or environment where allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that food or preparation areas will be completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
If you have a severe or potentially life-threatening allergy, please contact us before booking so we can determine whether your needs can be safely accommodated. You remain responsible for carrying prescribed medication, including an adrenaline injector, and for informing us of your emergency management needs. Late dietary requests may not be able to be accommodated.
7. Health, wellbeing and participation
The retreat supports general wellbeing, reflection and personal development. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care and is not designed to provide crisis support.
You are responsible for considering whether the retreat is suitable for your physical and emotional wellbeing. Before attending, you must disclose any health condition, injury, accessibility need, medication requirement or other circumstance that may affect safe participation or require reasonable support. Disclosure does not automatically prevent attendance; it helps us discuss suitable adjustments and support.
Participation in activities is voluntary. You may choose not to participate or may stop an activity at any time. In an emergency, you authorise us to contact emergency services. Medical and transport expenses remain your responsibility.
8. Travel and insurance
Travel to and from the retreat is your responsibility. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering illness, injury, cancellation, travel disruption and personal belongings.
9. Accommodation and shared spaces
Guests must follow the venue’s rules and treat the property, staff and other guests respectfully. Room arrangements are as described at the time of booking, but reasonable changes may occasionally be required. You are responsible for loss or damage caused by your deliberate, reckless or negligent conduct.
10. Respectful conduct and safety
We are committed to providing a respectful and supportive retreat environment. Harassment, threatening behaviour, serious disruption, illegal activity or conduct that places anyone at risk will not be accepted.
Where reasonably necessary for safety or the wellbeing of the group, we may require a guest to stop an activity or leave the retreat. Any refund will depend on the circumstances and costs already incurred.
11. Privacy, confidentiality and photography
Personal information is collected to administer the retreat and support your safe participation. Relevant health or dietary information may be shared with facilitators, the venue, caterer or emergency services where reasonably necessary.
Guests are asked to respect the privacy of others and keep personal stories shared within the group confidential. While we will set this expectation, we cannot guarantee the conduct of every participant.
Photographs, video or testimonials identifying you will not be used for marketing without your consent. Choosing not to be photographed will not affect your participation.
12. Personal belongings and venue rules
You are responsible for your personal belongings. Smoking, vaping, alcohol and illegal substances are not permitted.
13. Events beyond reasonable control
If the retreat is affected by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, government restrictions, venue closure, serious illness or transport disruption, we will communicate with you as soon as reasonably possible. Refunds, credits or alternative arrangements will depend on the circumstances, recoverable supplier costs and these terms.
