    • Membership: This form is for membership @ SD for the year 5787 (2026-27). You'll find this year we've kept the same membership rates as last year, as well as the various tiers/options. For our global audience (who participate in shiurim and programming from afar) - we've added a "Global Membership" tier as well. More on that later in the form.
    • Filling out the form: Please fill out the entire form. For those who filled out the form last year - we've made your work a bit easier this year: You can input your email address at the beginning of the form - and it will autopopulate your information from last year. You can still update any information that has changed throughout this past year (example: birth of a child throughout the year).. Didn't fill out the form last year - no worries! This form isn't too long and you'll be able to handle it :)
    • Payment: Payment methods will be sent to you upon completing this form. Be sure to process payment immediately upon form completion to assure your membership is fully processed.
    • Financial Qs: No one will be turned away due to financial constraints. Any specific issues can be sent to the email below and will be dealt with discretely and sensitively.
    • Communication: All communication related to membership payments is to be done ONLY VIA EMAIL: membership@shiratdavid.com . We ask you refrain from using other forms of communication (WhatsApp, phone calls) as multiple channels of communication will make it extremely difficult to properly address the inquiries.

    חברות: הטופס הזה מתייחס לחברות בבית כנסת שירת דוד לשנת תשפ"ז (2026-27). השנה השארנו את תעריפי החברות כפי שהיו בשנה שעברה, יחד עם כמה כמה סוגי חברות (חבר מלא / תומך, חברות "משפחה" ו"יחיד"). פרטים נוספים בהמשך הטופס. 

    מילוי הטופס: נא למלא את הטופס במלואו. מילאתם כבר שנה שעברה? מעולה! השנה תוכלו להזין בתחילת הטופס את המייל הראשי איתו נרשמתם שנה שעברה - והטופס יתמלא בצורה אוטומטית עם המידה משנה שעברה. כמובן אם חלו שינויים במהלך השנה (לדוג' לידה) - מוזמנים להוסיף את המידע לטופס. לא נרשמתם שנה שעברה? לא קרה כלום - מילוי הטופס הוא פשוט וידידותי למשתמש :).

    Full Members: Ideal for active families / individuals who regularly participate and want to fully support Shirat David: assuring we can continue to offer inspiring, high-quality tfilot, shiurim, programming, and more. Family: NIS 2250 / Individual: NIS 1125

    Associate members: Come once a week on Friday night? Enjoy that one weekly shiur you always attend? This tier is ideal for families / individuals who want to support Shirat David, yet might not (yet) be a fully active part of the community. Family: NIS 1200 / Individual: NIS 600 

    NOTE: Both tiers above offer a "family" and "individual" rate, in an effort to best accomodate our community members. 

    NEW: Global Member: You're in the west but your heart is in the east? Ideal for anyone who connects (spiritually and virtually) to Shirat David's Torah and programming from wherever you might be across the globe. When you do visit Efrat - be sure to join us in person at Shirat David and experience the warmth of our community firsthand! USD $180

    חבר מלא : מתאים למשפחות / יחידים שמשתתפים באופן קבוע ורוצים לתמוך באופן מלא בבית הכנסת, כדי שנוכל להמשיך לספק תפילות, שיעורים, ופעילויות איכותיות וברמה גבוהה משפחה: 2250 ש"ח / יחיד: 1125 ש"ח

    חבר תומך : באים פעם בשבוע בערב שבת? אולי מידי פעם בימי חול? מקשיבים מידי פעם לשיעוריים אונליין? אולי באים לשיעור שבועי פעם בשבוע? הילדים נהנים לבוא ללימוד הורים וילדים? חבר תומך מתאים למשפחות / יחידים שבאים מידי פעם ונהנים ממה שיש לבית כנסת להציע, אך לא באופן מלא  וקבוע. משפחה: 1200 ש"ח / יחיד: 600 ש"ח 

    שימו לב: בשתי האופציות הנ"ל - ניתן לבחור אופציית "משפחה" ואופציית "יחיד" - כדי להתחשב ולהכיל עד כמה שניתן

    Guidelines

    • Minimum Age: Minimum age for seat registration is 11 years old for girls and 12 years old for boys
    • Who can register: Seat registration is open to immediate family, extended family, and adult guests. NOTE: Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we will not be able to accommodate seminary girls and yeshiva boys who are not family members. 
    • Rosh Hashana - 1 day or two? For Rosh Hashana - if you only plan on coming one of the two days - please note as such so we can plan accordingly. NOTE that the seat cost remains the same both for one-day and 2 day attendance.
    • How many seats? Seating is limited to 5 seats per side (mens/womens). If you have over 5 people in your immediate family that you'd like to purchase seats for - please contact us separately. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure space for all.
    • Women's seating: The guidelines noted above are all in an effort to assure we can maximize our space. Each registered woman will be assigned either an individual seat or a seating zone (which was a successful solution in the past few years). Please note that this assignment decision will be made only after registration closes - per the number of registered women. 
    • Rate: NIS 100/seat per holiday (NIS 100 for a Rosh Hashana seat and NIS 100 for a Yom Kippur seat). As noted in graphic above - Full members are entitled to 1 man and 1 woman seat free of charge.

    גיל: בנות - מגיל 11 ומעלה. בנים: מגיל 12 ומעלה

    מי זכאי לקבל כסא: בני משפחה (קירבה ראשונה, שנייה), ואורחים מבוגרים. בשל מגבלת מקום, לצערנו אין מקום לתלמידי ישיבה / בנות מדרשה שאינם בני משפחה

    ר"ה - יום אחד או יומיים? מי שמצטרף לתפילות ר"ה - אם אתה מתכוון לבוא רק ליום אחד - נא לציין זאת בטופס. שימו לב שתעריף לכסא אינו משתנה בין מי שמגיע ליום אחד ליומיים.

    כמות כסאות למשפחה: ניתן עד 5 כסאות בכל צד. אם יש לכם מעל 5 אנשים במשפחה הגרעינית שזכאים לכסא - נא לפנות אלינו באופן פרטי. תודה על ההבנה ושיתוף הפעולה כדי לוודא שיהיה מספיק מקום לכולם בעז"ה

    סידורי ישיבה - עזרת נשים: ההנחיות הנ"ל מיועדות, כאמור, למקסם את מקומות הישיבה במהלך תפילות בימים הנוראים. כל אישה שתירשם תשובץ לכסא או לאיזור ישיבה (פתרון מצוין מהשנים האחרונות). שימו לב שההחלטה הסופית לגבי סידורי הישיבה (שיבוץ לכסא לעומת שיבוץ לאיזור ישיבה) תתקבל רק לאחר סגירת ההרשמה - לפי מספר נשים שנרשמו.

    תעריף: 100 ש"ח / לכסא / לחג. (100 ש"ח לכסא לר"ה ו100 ש"ח לכסא ליוה"כ. שימו לב שחבר קבוע זכאי לכסא אחד בעזרת הגברים וכסא אחד בעזרת הנשים ללא עלות נוספת.
