Set Up
The Play Barn will be open for stallholders to set up and drop off stock on Friday 4th December from 5:30pm–7:00pm. Please do not arrive before 5:30pm.
Over the weekend, stallholders may arrive from 9:30am onwards to set up. All stalls must be fully packed down and cleared on Sunday, as the Play Barn will be back in use by the Kennels Team on Monday.
Tea and coffee with whole milk and sugar will be available on a self-service basis for stallholders. Please bring your own supplies if you require alternatives.
Weather & Cancellation
In the event of snow or ice, a decision will be made by 8am once staff are on site. Applicants will be notified by email. The safety of attendees and exhibitors is our priority, and the event will be cancelled if travel to Foxdale is considered unsafe.
If the event is cancelled due to weather, we will endeavour to reschedule it for the following week.
Payment
Payment is non-refundable and must be made within 3 working days of recieving payment details in order to secure your place. Please email a screenshot of your payment confirmation to Krish.
No-Shows
We understand that circumstances can change, and we appreciate advance notice if you are no longer able to attend. Please note that spaces are offered to reserve stallholders, and late cancellations or no-shows make it difficult for us to fill these spaces.
Stallholders who do not make contact and fail to attend will not be eligible to apply for next year’s fair. As a charity, we rely on the success of our events, so your consideration and communication are greatly appreciated.
