COVEY Staff Survey

Introduction

It has been over two years since COVEY last carried out an all-staff survey. Since then, the charity has continued to grow, develop and strengthen how we work together to support children, young people and families.

As we move through the next stage of COVEY’s 2025-2028 strategy, we want to hear from staff about what is working well, what could be improved, and what support or training would be most helpful going forward.

The survey is anonymous and should take around 10 minutes to complete. The results will be reviewed by the Senior Leadership Team and shared in summary form with staff and Trustees. Your feedback will help inform future planning, including staff support, communication, training and organisational development.
