By registering, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. General Event Details Date & Time: Tuesday 25th August and Thursday 27th August, 11:00 am - 14:00 pm. Location: Rams Walk. Availability: All gifts and trail materials are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.Eligibility: Pre-registration: Customers must pre-register. Proof of registration (digital or printed) must be shown at the event.
3. Supervision: All children taking part in activities must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult (aged 18 or over) at all times.
Activities are provided on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.
4. The Summer Trail is limited to one completed trail and one prize per registered child. Prizes are available while stocks last and cannot be exchanged or transferred. No cash alternative will be offered.
5. Visitors are expected to follow instructions given by event staff at all times. Rams Walk reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour is considered unsafe or inappropriate.
6. Event dates, timings, activities and entertainment are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to weather, operational requirements or circumstances beyond Rams Walk's reasonable control.
7. Rams Walk accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings during the events.
8. Photography and filming may take place during the trail for promotional purposes. If you or your child do not wish to appear in any photographs or video, please inform a member of the event team on arrival.
9. Personal information provided during registration will only be used to administer the trail at Rams Walk and in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Rams Walks Privacy Policy.
10. By submitting this registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and, where registering a child, that you are their parent or legal guardian and have the authority to provide their details.
