- Cancellation Policy and Fees
  ALL Cancellations must be done in writing via email to: ericamorla@escapeculturetg.com
  
  The following cancellation penalties are applied towards the total cost of the room or trip, based on a per-person, per-tour basis. The schedule is based on the scheduled group arrival date of the trip.
  
  300 days or more, NO PENALTY will be assessed.
  300-240 days prior to/up to group arrival date of trip: There will be a 25% Penalty.
  240-180 day prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 50% Penalty.
  180-150 days prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 75% Penalty.
  150-120 days prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 100% Penalty.
- Collection Fees
  Client agrees to be responsible for collection activity costs for all remaining Balances and/or Administrative fees.
- **A copy of your reservation form will be emailed to you once you submit it. You should receive an email from Escape Culture Travel Group. Please check your Spam folder sometimes.**

  If you need to make a correction to your reservation AFTER you have submitted your form, please send an email to ericamorla@escapeculturetg.com with the name of the vacation, your name, and the correction requested to your reservation.
