Welcome Future Twist & Hit Trainee Junior Coaches!
Applicants must be turning 12 during Season 2026/27
We have 30 FULLY FUNDED spaces to attend our Level 1 Junior Trainee Coaches Training on Monday 31st August 4.30-8pm at Twist & Hit Cheerleaders Gym delivered by Cheer London AllStarz Founder Sophie Bastock supported by Twist & Hit Coaches.
All attendees of our Level 1 Trainee Junior Training will receive a certificate of completion.
From our level 1 training we will select our new seasons Trainee Junior Coaching Team!
Level 1 Applications are open to newly applying Trainee Junior coaches ages 12-17.
If you are successful as a Trainee Junior Coach then Twist & Hit Cheerleaders will provide full training and development days alongside a nationally recognised qualification with BCQ if your Junior Coaching with us proves successful.
Our Coaching pathway looks like this (take a look at our full document for more details)
(Season 1) Stage/Level 1: Voluntary Trainee Junior Coaching for our teams and classes
√ If successful in year/season 1 you will be enrolled for your Level 2 Junior Coaches Qualification with Twist & Hit Cheerleaders to be taken in July 2027.
(Season 2) Stage/Level 2 : Voluntary Trainee Junior Coaching for our teams and classes working towards National Qualification. Partially funded by Twist & Hit Cheerleaders
√ At the end of your second season you will progress to a level 3 Assistant Coach with 'in kind' work for successful coaches commencing for the following season.
For successful coaches the opportunity to become a Lead coach may be offered.
This will be for Coaches who show fantastic leadership and coaching skills alongside a great knowledge for the sport.

You MUST be available to attend Twist & Hit LEVEL 1 Junior Coach training/qualification on Monday 31st August 4.30pm-8pm

As we have grown bigger our requirements are more extensive for our perspective Trainee Junior coaches due to the high demand for the positions available.
