  • Welcome! Use this application to request a one-time of visit of the Mobile Market for one-off events or “pop ups”. This form is NOT for ongoing Well Wayne Mobile Market Fresh Truck or Mobile Market site visits.

    Well Wayne Mobile Market Fresh Truck and Eastern Market's Mobile Market food trucks bring fresh, quality produce directly to host sites for purchase. All Mobile Markets are set up to accept cash, credit, debit, and alternative currencies, including WIC, EBT, Double Up Food Bucks, Senior Project Fresh, Produce Prescriptions, and vouchers. If your event is interested in funding a voucher to provide produce to participants free of charge at your event, please indicate that in the form below.

  • Mobile Market Rental Pricing & Requirements

  • Mobile Market Rentals cover a 2-hour deployment. For Non-Community Events (such as Corporate Wellness Events), the Market is billed at $150 per hour. For Community Events and Activations, the Market is provided at no charge. All events are contingent upon Mobile Market scheduling/truck availability.

  • The Well Wayne Mobile Market Fresh Truck requires at least three parking spaces to accommodate the size of the vehicle.

    The Eastern Market Mobile Truck requires at least once parking space to accommodate for the size of the vehicle, and additional space for a Farm Stand set up.

    *Note: Host sites must block off parking for the Mobile Market vehicle.

  • The mission of the Well Wayne Mobile Market Fresh Truck and Eastern Market's Mobile Market is to promote a culture of wellness. As part of the Mobile Market deployment, nutrition education will be included. Please select the level of nutrition education you would like to have at your event (may check more than one).*

  • I understand that my Mobile Market application is under review. If approved, I will receive confirmation from a Mobile Market Team Member. My rental is NOT guaranteed until confirmed by Mobile Market staff in writing. Responses will be sent within 5 business days. 

    Once confirmed, payment for the Mobile Market deployment will be collected and processed on site as appropriate. Cash, credit, and check are accepted forms of payment. By signing this form, I acknowledge and accept the terms of payment.

    A site visit will be conducted with a Mobile Market Team Member at least one week prior to the event to help determine logistics. A Mobile Market Team Member will reach out to the Primary Contact provided on this form to schedule a site visit.
