Registration for the meeting through the Boston LERA chapter is required for participation for this event..
The Ray Corollary Initiative, Inc. (RCI) is hosting this event as part of the RCI's mission to identify and utilize all of the available talent in the dispute resolution field. Specifically, the RCI seeks to provide opportunities for those who select ADR professionals and for qualified professionals who have not had the same exposure as more established neutrals, to meet, connect, and overcome some of the difficulties that exist in forming new business relationships.
Local arbitrators who are selected by RCI will be featured at the event, with an official introduction made to other participants and inclusion in program materials. This event "spotlight" is specifically designed for arbitrators with some experience, but who are not yet well established in their practice. While every opportunity will be made to allow as much spotlight participation as possible in this event, space and time limitations may limit the number of featured neutrals who are recognized.
Please read:
This spotlight portion of the event is intended for practicing arbitrators and mediators, not those aspiring to enter these fields. All applicants should be associated with an established rostering agency.
Any current or former member of a National Academy of Arbitrators regional salon is welcome to participate.
New arbitrators who have completed a labor arbitrator preparatory curriculum (e.g., BALA, Cornell Scheinman Institute) are also welcome.
A brief reminder that, in accordance with to the applicable code of professional responsibility, no current representative of parties in workplace disputes may participate as a featured neutral.
This spotlight event is specifically intended for those arbitrators and mediators who are newer to the profession and building their practice. While senior neutrals are very welcome to attend the event, priority will be given to those with fewer than 10 years of experience.
