This assessment helps us understand your institution's current offerings, the borrowers and property types you can serve, the housing finance barriers you are seeing, which products may fill an identified Marketplace need, and whether your institution is interested in Marketplace participation. This is a capacity assessment without judgment. The purpose is not to rank lenders. It is to better understand the financing capacity available within the local housing marketplace. Marketplace participation is subject to the applicable Platform Inclusion and Governance Policy.

    • Identified financing gaps.
    • Alignment with the applicable Platform Inclusion and Governance Policy.

    Where appropriate, Club 720 may contact your institution for additional product information.

    Products that meet applicable Marketplace standards and provide meaningful consumer value or address an identified marketplace need may be approved for Marketplace participation.

    There is no fee to qualify for Marketplace participation and no guaranteed referral volume.

    Marketplace participation is maintained through product quality, responsive service, transparency, and active participation in the housing marketplace.
