American Way Grit & Glory Barrel Race Stall & RV Reservations

Reserve and prepay your stalls, shavings, and RV space in advance, receive your assignment before the event, and go directly to your stall or RV site when you arrive.

We make stall and RV assignments after most reservations are in so we can keep groups together and accommodate placement requests whenever possible. If you make your reservation early and don’t receive an assignment right away, that’s completely normal. Your assignment and a map of the San Antonio Rose Palace will be emailed to you before you arrive.

Reserving after Wednesday, September 2?
That’s fine — online reservations will stay open. Once you’ve completed your reservation and payment, please text Jill at (830) 446-9312 so we see your reservation right away and can get your stall and/or RV assignment to you without delay.

Once you receive your assignment, you’re all set — there is no need to check in when you arrive. Simply go directly to your assigned stall and/or RV site.

STALLS
One night: $45
Two nights: $70
Additional nights: $35/night

SHAVINGS
$12/bag
A minimum of 2 bags of shavings per stall is required.
All shavings must be purchased from the San Antonio Rose Palace and will be waiting at your assigned stall when you arrive.

RV SITES
30 amp: $35/night
50 amp: $40/night — limited availability
