  • Dear Applicant,
    Thank you so much for your response and interest in our 2027 mission trip to Columbia! We are excited about the opportunity to minister with our very own RMMN missionaries, Josh and Carolyn Jimenez! The areas we will be serving are: children's evangelism and a construction project at a local church. And we want you to be a part of the team!
    The trip cost will be $2100. This includes airfare, hotel for one night in Denver, food, lodging and transportation while there, travel insurance and a fun tourist day! All participants will be required to arrive in Denver on Monday, July 12th by 5pm for a mandatory team orientation meeting. We will fly together to Columbia on Tuesday, July 13th. We will arrive back in Denver on the 20th. If you are attending the trip with your youth group you must be 14 years old by July 13th. If you are attending without a youth group, you must be 16 years old by July 13th.
  • The full cost of the trip is due May 30, 2027.
  • For you to be considered for the team, we must receive all three of the following items by
    December 1, 2026:
    1. Completed Trip Application (pg 1 & 2) and copy of passport picture page (if you have it)
    2. A $300 Application Deposit check (to be cashed when you are accepted or returned if not)
    3. Your Pastor's completed Pastor Recommendation Form

  • Payment Schedule

  • All funds are due as follows:
    $300.00 trip deposit due with Application by December 1, 2026 (Checks to be cashed only upon your acceptance to the team. If you apply digitally and pay online, the funds will be refunded to you if you are not accepted to the team.) The due dates are set up in installments for your convenience and need to be adhered to.
  • The balance is due in 6 installments:
    Payment 1: $300 due by December 30, 2026
    Payment 2: $300 due by January 30, 2027
    Payment 3: $300 due by February 28, 2027
    Payment 4: $300 due by March 30, 2027
    Payment 5: $300 due by April 30, 2027
    Payment 6: $300 due by May 30, 2027

  • Complete the Background Check Disclosure if your church does not have one on file. It is mandatory that all participants have a background check on file to be a part of the team. Send a Completed Authorization Form in with your application.
