• Westside Trunk-or-Treat Car & Table Sign-Up! 🎃

    Are you a neighbor, business, or organization that would like to join the fun and pass out candy or giveaways from a decorated vehicle or table? We'd love to have you! Please complete this form to sign up.

     

    What you should bring

    🎃 Decorate your car or table and make it festive!

    👻 Costumes are encouraged, come dressed in your Halloween best!

    🍬 Bring plenty of family-friendly candy or giveaway items to hand out. 

    👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Please plan accordingly! More than 1,000 people attended last year, and this year's event has been extended to two hours. 

    ⛺ If you are setting up a table, please bring your own tent, table, and chairs, as needed.

     

    Event Schedule

    • Car/Table Set Up - 4:30 PM
    • Event Start - 5:30 PM
    • Event Ends - 7:30 PM

     

    Important Safety Information

    For the safety of everyone attending, all participating cars and tables must remain in place until the event ends at 7:30 PM.

    Vehicles will not be permitted to drive through the event space while the event is underway. Please arrive at 4:30 PM so we can get everyone safely into place before families begin arriving.

    If you can't host a car or table this year but still want to be part of Westside Trunk-or-Treat, you can support the event with a monetary or candy donation.
