We're looking for a full-time Client Services Coordinator to own that first moment and the last one. You're the voice on the phone, the warm hello at the door, and the person who keeps the day running so our artists can stay behind the chair and do what they do best.

What the day actually looks like
You greet every guest by name and get them settled with a tea or coffee before they have to ask. You answer the phone with warmth and answer the messages before they go cold. You run the appointment book in Phorest: bookings, reschedules, deposits, confirmations. You keep a live waitlist so a cancellation becomes a filled chair instead of a gap in someone's day. You check guests out, rebook them before they leave, and speak confidently about the products their artist recommended. You open or close to a checklist and reconcile the till at the end of the night. It's warm. It's busy. It's people-facing all day. It is not a quiet desk job.
What we can't teach
Genuine warmth with people, steadiness when the room gets full, and following through on the details without being chased. A team that supports and uplifts each other, and genuinely does.
The schedule
We're open Monday 10 to 6, Tuesday to Thursday 9 to 8, Friday and Saturday 9 to 6, closed Sundays. This role covers Saturdays and at least one evening.
