    Thank you for participating in our “Cowiche Critters” Calendar Contest! We will be using photos from the public to design a 12x12 calendar in honor of our local shrub-steppe. Interpret "critter" however you like (wildlife, your pet dog, your kids or friends); photos simply need to be from one of our properities - Cowiche Canyon, the Uplands, Snow Mountain Ranch, Rocky Top, Konnowac Pass. See submission details below:

  • Preferred file type: jpeg, png

    Minimum resolution: 3600x3600

    File name: Imagetitle_FirstnameLastname.

    • Example, if you submit a photo of a hummingbird, you might name your image file Hummingbird_GloriaHernandez. This will help us ensure proper photo credit for all future use of this image.

    Limit of 3 submissions per person.

    Submission Deadline: Sunday, September 27, 2026, 11:59pm.

    We will not accept AI-generated or AI-altered images to this contest.

    We hope to see a variety of seasons and places from throughout the year represented in the final calendar.
