Entry Form - March 5-7th, 2027
Use this form to submit your club’s intent to participate in the 2027 LI Classic by submitting a $200 deposit.

Please note:
- The $200 deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your club's 2027 LI Classic entry fees.
- Your deposit reserves your club's participation in the 2027 LI Classic, provided your completed roster and full payment are received before registration closes.
- Early Bird pricing is no longer available for new deposits. Clubs that submitted their $200 deposit on or before October 1, 2026 will retain Early Bird pricing provided their completed roster and full payment are received by November 1, 2026.
- Deposits received October 2, 2026 or later do not lock in or guarantee a previous pricing tier. Entry fees will be based on the applicable registration rate when the completed roster and full payment are received.
- The deposit will be credited toward your club's final balance.
- Your club will automatically be entered into our Free Case of Chalk raffle.
