I/we agree that ANAMASS and Nursing Network may publish this item in other ANA constituent member association/state nursing newsletters as long as authorship is acknowledged and original publication volume, date, and page in the MA Report on Nursing is included.
I/we retain the right to share all or part of the item after publication and will acknowledge that the item was previously published in the MA Report on Nursing including volume, number, date, and page.
If the item has been previously published, I/we have provided complete citation and permission to republish.
