Coaching Services & Professional Scope
Coaching services provided through Zach Brunotte Coaching are personal development services and are not psychotherapy, clinical mental health counseling, psychological assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health disorders. Coaching may include discussion of emotions, stress, relationships, coping, motivation, and other mental health-related topics when relevant to a client's goals, but these discussions do not constitute mental health treatment.
Coaching may include reflection, feedback, education, goal setting, exercises, worksheets, action steps, and practical strategies. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and choices, including whether and how they apply information or suggestions discussed during coaching. Specific outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed.
Clients may participate in coaching while also receiving mental health or other professional services. If a client's needs appear to extend beyond the appropriate scope of coaching, Zach Brunotte Coaching may recommend consultation with a licensed mental health professional or other appropriate provider and may continue, pause, or discontinue coaching as appropriate.
Coaching does not constitute medical, legal, financial, investment, or other specialized professional advice. When a concern requires expertise outside the scope of coaching, clients may be encouraged to consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Faith & Spirituality
Zach Brunotte Coaching welcomes clients of all faiths and worldviews. Faith or spirituality may be incorporated according to each client's preferences and may include discussion of religious values, teachings, or practices when relevant to the client's goals. Coaches respect each client's autonomy and right to make their own decisions and do not require clients to adopt any particular religious belief or practice.
Faith-informed coaching is not a substitute for qualified religious scholarship. When a question requires specialized religious knowledge or an authoritative religious ruling, clients may be encouraged to consult an appropriately qualified religious authority.
