Mark your calendar! Our annual holiday fair returns to Liberty High School on Saturday,November 14, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. We'd love to have you join us.
Your Space
Each vendor gets a 10x10; space, with both indoor and outdoor spots available. Please bring your own tables and chairs, and feel free to set up a canopy if you are outside.

Sign Up By October 16
All vendor applications are due by October 16, 2026. Spots fill up, so we recommend getting yours early.

Name Brand Exclusivity
Selling a brand name product? Exclusivity is awarded in the order contracts are
received, so the sooner your paperwork lands, the better your odds of locking it down.

Day-Of Schedule
Vendor check-in opens bright and early at 5:30 a.m. All booths need to be set up and ready to go by 8:30 a.m. We ask that everyone stay put until the fair wraps at 2 p.m.; no early breakdown, please. It keeps the energy up for our late shoppers and keeps things looking great right through closing.

All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, transfers, or exchanges for any reason.
