This form is to request animal rehoming services from Athens County Humane Society in Southeast Ohio. It is intended for single animals or litters.
If you wish to request rehoming services for multiple animals that are not in a litter, please submit a separate form for each animal.

Requests will be processed in the order they're received and according to ACHS's capacity.

We estimate that each animal we take in will cost us $500. This includes $350 to cover spay/neuter, vaccines, and testing. The rest is the cost of keeping them fed, sheltered, and cared for until they can be rehomed. Injured animals or those with chronic conditions can cost much more.
