Trade in your functioning Digi-Wave 1.0, 2.0, or 300 Series unit(s) for the new Digi-Wave 400 Series and receive a cash rebate — paid directly to you by Williams AV.

How it works: Buy qualifying Digi-Wave 400 Series equipment from Full Compass, then submit this form with your invoice. Ship us your old, functioning unit(s) of the same type, and once verified, we'll mail you a rebate check. Units that are broken or no longer power on are not eligible for a rebate.

You must submit this claim within 90 days of your Full Compass invoice date, and ship your old equipment within 30 days of submitting your claim (no later than 120 days from the invoice date). Claims not completed within these windows expire. After receipt of eligible items, approved rebates will be issued and mailed to the address you provide within 8 to 10 weeks.
