This form is for dogs listed in our Legs files more than once... this is not to change a dogs age, or Fun Fact... you do that when you register for an event.

 

NOTE: As stated on the Titles page, the entry will get edited on our end, HOWEVER changes will not appear until we update the page again in a few weeks... so until then, you will need to add your legs together manually.

 

If you entered more than 1 dog with multiple names, you will need to fill this form out for each dog.

Enter your correct first and last name (the shorter the better - more room for your fun fact on the Judges sheets!):

Please enter your dogs CALL name... this is NOT THEIR REGISTERED NAME!!!

For example, Slash's registered name is Sweet Child O' Flash... is that a cool name if you're a Guns 'N Roses fan like me?  Yes, it absolutely is... But would I enter that? NO... I need to enter "Slash". See what I'm getting at here?  

Here's another example... for the most part, Ducky is a very handsome ding dong (I also call him Clown Car lol!), so would I enter Ducky Ding Dong??? NO... just Ducky goes in the box.  

It's the name you would yell if God forbid, your dog runs across a busy street and you need to get their attention FAST... That's the name we want. Short and sweet.
