    • This is an independent-subcontractor, PRN/as-needed opportunity. Minimum onboarding requirements include being at least 18 years old, having experience working with children, and completing all required onboarding steps before service begins. The required checklist is: Provider Application; Background Check Information Form; reviewed Background Check Clearance; verified 40-hour RBT training or approved Autism Friendly training; current CPR/First Aid; verified TB Screening; verified Mandated Reporter Training; and complete Provider Profile Information including contact, service-area and scheduling details. All required onboarding documents, training certifications, and background screening must be completed and verified before your first scheduled service date. Providers may not begin delivering services until all onboarding requirements have been satisfied and final approval has been granted by Atlanta Youth Services. Payment information is not collected in Project 5. Orientation attendance is not a condition of Project 5 final approval, and no post-orientation grace period applies.
    • We are specifically seeking providers who already have professional connections with foster parents, CASA volunteers, DFCS case managers, adoption professionals, or others serving eligible foster and adoptive families. Providers should be prepared to use those relationships appropriately to help connect potentially eligible families with the ARCS program.

    • Clients, assignments, hours, and schedules are not guaranteed. This is dependent upon the provider availability and the client needs.

    • By submitting this form, you understand that you are responsible for completing an agency-specific fingerprint background check for Atlanta Youth Services and paying the approximately $50 fee. A clearance completed for another agency cannot be used.
