Thank you for your interest in OPAC's Creative Tides: Snowy Plover Artist-in-Residency.
Funded through the California Coastal Commission's Whale Tail Grant Program, this four-month residency invites one Ventura County artist to collaborate with OPAC staff, environmental partners and the community to inspire environmental awareness through creative practice.
The selected artist will receive a $10,000 stipend and work along with staff support from OPAC and the National Audubon Society - Ventura Chapter. The residency will take place in Spring 2027, with artist selection occurring in Fall 2026.
