LOC EXTENSION RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Culture Locs™ extensions are handmade and made specifically for each order based on the selections submitted at checkout, including length, quantity, size, texture, color, and other customization options.
Because of the handmade and customized nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once production has begun.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once your order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded due to a change of mind, booking changes, ordering the incorrect specifications, or no longer needing the extensions.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For health, sanitation, and product-integrity reasons, Culture Locs™ does not accept returns or exchanges on loc extensions that have been:
Installed or attempted to be installed
Worn, tried on, or manipulated
Washed or wet
Cut or trimmed
Colored, dyed, bleached, or chemically processed
Altered from their original condition
Used by a stylist or third party
ORDER ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all selections and information before submitting their order.
This includes your:
Loc length
Loc size
Quantity
Color
Shipping information
Any additional customization requested
Culture Locs™ is not responsible for incorrect selections submitted by the customer.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you believe you received an incorrect item or there is a manufacturing issue with your extensions, please contact Culture Locs™ within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
You may be required to provide clear photos and/or video showing the extensions in their original, unused and unaltered condition, along with your order information.
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund. Each claim will be reviewed individually.
If Culture Locs™ confirms that an error occurred on our behalf, we may provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund when applicable.
HANDMADE PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Because Culture Locs™ extensions are handmade, minor variations between individual locs may naturally occur. Slight differences in texture, shape, thickness, appearance, or color are not automatically considered defects.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Culture Locs™ is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, shipping delays are outside of our direct control. Lost, stolen, or damaged package claims may be subject to the applicable carrier's claim process.
PROCESSING TIME
Loc extensions are made to order. Standard processing is approximately 2–4 weeks unless an expedited option has been purchased or another processing timeframe is specifically stated on your order.
Processing time and shipping/transit time are separate.

I have reviewed my order selections and understand the return, cancellation, processing, and refund terms provided above. I understand that once production begins, my order is considered final sale except where Culture Locs™ determines that an order error or qualifying product issue occurred.
