  • Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child in TK’s Dream Preschool! We are excited to begin accepting applications for the 2026–2027 school year for children ages 4-5 years old. Our program is planned to begin on October 1st, 2026 (or sooner), and continue through May 28, 2027. TK’s Dream offers a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment designed to help young children learn, grow, and thrive. We offer both morning and afternoon sessions, with limited enrollment (20 children) available in each. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage families to complete their application as soon as possible. Families whose children are accepted will be notified by email and provided with instructions to complete the enrollment and payment process.

  • Medical Release: If the parents on this form cannot be reached a the time of emergency, and if immediate observation or treatment is urgent in the judgement of school authorities, I authorize and direct TK's Dream Preschool staff/agents to send my child (properly accompanied) to the hospital or doctor most easily accessible. I understand I will assume full responsibility for the payment of any services rendered. It is understood that a conscientious effort will be made to locate me before any action is taken. I give my consent and waive all claims of liability against TK's Dream Preschool and it's agents for giving emergency aid for my child in the event of an accident or injury.

    If my child is accepted into TK’s Dream Preschool, I agree to pay the $100 one-time enrollment/registration fee and the $300 monthly program fee. I authorize TK’s Dream Preschool to automatically charge the credit/debit card I provide on file for applicable tuition and fees according to the program’s payment schedule.

    I understand that tuition payments along with  my child's acceptable behavior and classroom particiation is required to maintain my child’s enrollment. Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or removal of my child from the program, subject to the preschool’s applicable policies.

    I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance or enrollment. Enrollment is subject to available space and the preschool’s enrollment requirements. If accepted, I will be provided with additional enrollment information, policies, and any required agreements.
