Truck or Treat Business Sign-Up

Set-up begins at 2:00 PM, and all participants must be ready by 3:15 PM.Set-Up InstructionsWhen you arrive, pull onto Main Street. You will see the road blocked off with barricades. If you have registered for the event, you will be allowed through the barricades. Please follow the directions of event staff as you are directed to your location.Be Prepared!We are expecting at least 3,000 kids to attend, so please plan accordingly. We recommend bringing a minimum of 3,000 handouts, treats, or giveaways for the event.Promote Your BusinessThe event is hosted by Ardmore Main Street Authority and is free for businesses to participate.We encourage you to bring a truck or vehicle displaying your business logo. Participating businesses will be lined up down the middle of Main Street, creating a great opportunity to showcase your business to thousands of families.The more branding you incorporate, the more awareness you can create for your business!We also encourage each business to bring an interactive game or activity for the kids. Fun activities will help keep families at your booth longer while giving you more opportunities to engage with parents and promote your business.Thank you for participating in Truck or Treat and helping Ardmore Main Street Authority provide our community with a fun, safe, and family-friendly environment for kids to enjoy trick-or-treating!

By participating in the Downtown Truck or Treat event hosted by Ardmore Main Street Authority, I acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary and may involve risks, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or accidents. I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Ardmore Main Street Authority, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and event representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in the event, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct. I understand that I am responsible for the safety and operation of my vehicle, booth, equipment, activities, and any items I bring to the event. I agree to follow all event rules and instructions provided by Ardmore Main Street Authority and its event staff.
