Our festival will be held at the Bell Tower Green in downtown Salisbury, NC, USA.
The Bell Tower Green Park is located at the intersection of W Innes St & S Church St.

1. Space Allocation: Each VIP reservation grants access to a designated 10x10 space. Salisbury Pride is not responsible for providing any additional equipment, including but not limited to tents, tables, chairs, or decorations.
2. Occupancy Limit: A maximum of six (6) individuals are permitted per reserved 10x10 space. It is the responsibility of the reservation holder to ensure this limit is not exceeded.
3. Setup & Breakdown: VIP attendees must adhere to the event schedule for setup and breakdown. Early entry or late departure is not permitted. Further details on timing will be provided closer to the event date.
   Personal Property: Salisbury Pride is not responsible for any personal items, equipment, or belongings brought into the VIP area. Attendees assume full responsibility for their possessions.
4. Conduct & Compliance: All VIP attendees must abide by Salisbury Pride’s Code of Conduct and event policies. Any disruptive behavior, including but not limited to excessive noise, unauthorized sales, or inappropriate conduct, may result in removal from the event without a refund.
5. Prohibited Items: The following items are not allowed in the VIP area:
   Open flames, grills, or cooking equipment, alcohol (unless explicitly sold by a festival vendor), illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials
   Anything that may obstruct walkways or interfere with other guests' experience
6. Liability Waiver: By signing up for the VIP area, attendees waive any liability claims against Salisbury Pride, its organizers, volunteers, and sponsors for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.
7. Reservation Changes & Cancellations: All VIP reservations are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued unless the event is canceled by Salisbury Pride.
8. Weather Policy: The event is rain or shine. Attendees should prepare accordingly. In the event of severe weather, safety procedures will be communicated as needed.

By reserving a VIP space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Salisbury Pride reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all participants.

By signing below, I, hereby acknowledge, accept, and agree to all terms and conditions listed above. 

Salisbury Pride, Inc. is classified as a public charity under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Effective February 15th, 2012, contributions made to Salisbury Pride Inc. are deductible under section 170 of the Code.
