The Theresa Francis Memorial Award – Club Person of the Year recognises someone who truly embodies the spirit and values of the Ravensthorpe Tigers Football & Sporting Club.
Our club is built on the efforts of people who willingly give their time, energy and support to help others. Often, they are the silent achievers—the people working quietly behind the scenes, completing the jobs that may go unnoticed but are essential to keeping our club running.
They may be the first to arrive and the last to leave, the person who steps in whenever help is needed, or someone who consistently supports our players, teams, volunteers and wider club community. They contribute not for praise or recognition, but because they genuinely care about the Tigers and the people within it.
This award celebrates the dedication, generosity and commitment of these invaluable club members.
