    By registering for the event, participants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

    Seat confirmation:

    • Payment MUST be made immediately for successful registration
    • Confirmation email will be issued upon verification.
    • All registrations must be completed through the official online submission form. Failure to submit the form will not be considered a successful registration.

    Cancellation policy:

    • Minimum of 1 week notice is required in writing to meixuan@scal.com.sg should there be any replacement/cancellation.  Late requests will not be considered and will be treated as full cancellation (including no-show), and the fees paid, if any, will not be refundable.
    • Tickets are non-transferable by default. This means that if a registered participant is unable to attend any part of the event, the ticket may not be transferred to another individual.
    • SCAL reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and time of the course should there be any unforeseen circumstances. Please kindly note that withdrawals will be considered as full cancellation, and no refunds will be given.
    • Please note requests for invoices/ receipts and/or refunds (if any) will be sent to you after the event. We appreciate your patience.
