This questionnaire is to be completed after the Pub Whisperer/Venue Whisperer has completed the required training and immediately before accreditation. It is not intended to test your ability to memorise information. It is designed to help us understand how you would apply the Pub Whisperer/Venue Whisperer principles in real situations. A Pub Whisperer/Venue Whisperer is a trained community peer supporter, not a counsellor, psychologist, medical professional or crisis intervention worker. The role is to notice, approach, listen, support, connect and escalate when appropriate — not to diagnose, treat or try to solve someone's problems.
