The Lidl Farm to Fork Experience- Autumn 2026: Booking Form

Please read carefully before booking:

Pupils will receive on-site education delivery which is guided by the SESE curriculum in an outdoor classroom experience. Tours are 2 hours long and the experience is suitable for primary school students from 1st to 6th class.

•Group sizes are limited to 30 students, this is due to the capacity of the train used for the tour inside the Lidl warehouse. The minimum number of students per tour is strictly 10 students and we will be unable to accomodate any smaller group sizes.

•There must be at least a 1:10 teacher to pupil ratio during your visit i.e. if you bring 20 pupils, you must bring two teachers/adults.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you wish to cancel your booking, please email thelidlfarm@lidl.ie at least 7 days prior to your booked slot. If a cancellation is made at short notice without a valid reason, we may be unable to offer the slot to another school and therefore the slot is left vacant.
