Before You Register

👻 One registration is required for each household/family attending.  Please include the name of every person attending with your family, including adults, children and babies.  Names are required for event administration and insurance purposes.

👻 Friends and other households must complete their own registration.

Halloween in Heiwa is a community event organised and funded by Playpourri International.

Rather than charging our registered families an admission fee, we ask every participating family to contribute to the Trick or Treat experience.

On the next question, please choose how your family would like to participate.

Every family participating in Halloween in Heiwa contributes candy to the event.

Your contribution may be used at your own booth, added to a shared booth, or given to PPI for distribution where needed.

This community contribution is what allows us to keep Halloween in Heiwa accessible to registered families without charging an advance participation fee.

Every family contributes — no exceptions. This keeps things fair for all of the families who contribute their candy, time and energy to creating a wonderful event for our community.

Forgot your candy on the day? No problem. You can either go and purchase your required candy contribution and return to Check-In, or pay the ¥2,500 participation contribution instead.

100 is the minimum contribution — not a limit! 🎃 If you'd like to bring more, our Trick or Treaters will certainly appreciate it.

Treats don't have to be traditional candy. Get creative!

Please choose items that are individually wrapped and easy to distribute. Homemade or unwrapped food are not allowed for health and safety reasons.

Halloween in Heiwa is held in Heiwa Park, a public space. Families, event participants and other members of the public may take photographs and videos during the event.

Playpourri International cannot monitor, control or prevent independent photography or filming by other people in the park, or control how independently taken images are subsequently shared.

If you prefer your child not to be photographed, please make this preference clearly visible. You may use your own NO PHOTO identifier or borrow a NO PHOTO lanyard from the PPI Check-In Booth.

PPI will ask our team and authorised event photographers to respect visible NO PHOTO identification. However, this cannot prevent photography by other people using the public park.

Halloween in Heiwa is a large community event held in a public park. Photography and video are an expected part of the event.

Photographs and videos may be taken by Playpourri International, our authorised photographers, participating families and other people using Heiwa Park.

PPI event photographs may be uploaded to Wel-Kids for families to view and may also be shared through PPI's website, social media, school communications and future Halloween in Heiwa promotions.

If you would prefer your child not to be photographed, please make this preference clearly visible throughout the event. You may incorporate NO PHOTO identification into their costume or borrow a NO PHOTO lanyard from the PPI Check-In Booth.

We ask everyone to respect children displaying NO PHOTO identification. As this is an event held in a public park, PPI cannot guarantee or control photography by other event participants or members of the public.

Important Halloween in Heiwa information will be sent to the Primary Contact Email provided in this registration.

This includes your booking confirmation, event updates, final schedule, weather-related information and important instructions for the day.

Please make sure you can receive emails from Playpourri International.

If you have previously unsubscribed from PPI emails, you may need to resubscribe to ensure you receive important event communications.

It is the responsibility of the person registering to check their email and stay up to date with event information.

Halloween in Heiwa takes place in a public park; however, participation in our organised activities and Trick or Treat is for registered participants wearing an official event wristband.

Families who have not registered in advance may register at the PPI Check-In Booth on the day.

A ¥2,500 Same-Day Participation Fee per family will apply because same-day participants have not contributed candy or participated in the event preparation in advance.

Once registered, participating family members will receive their event wristbands.

Please take a moment to check that the information you have provided is correct before submitting your registration.

After submitting, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email containing your unique Booking Confirmation Number.

Keep this email. You will need your Booking Confirmation Number at Check-In, and the email will contain the link you can use to edit or cancel your booking online.

There is no need to contact PPI to make changes to your registration.
