• Inspiration Cabana Rental Request

    The Inspiration Community Association offers Cabana reservations for private events and gatherings from Memorial Day through September 27th. Reservation requests must be submitted no less than seven days in advance of the event. The Association staff retains the right to approve or deny any usage of the Association facilities for just cause or reason.

    • Only Inspiration residents in good standing with the Association are authorized to reserve or rent an Association facility.
    • I am not permitted to sublease the facility.
    • I understand that the event cannot include any profit-generating opportunities for selling goods or services, including charity events or fundraisers.
    • I am familiar with the Cancellation Policy
    • I am fully responsible for ALL of my guests and their actions any damages caused by members or guests will be the responsibility of the Facility Renter.
    • The reserving party must clean up and remove all trash from the reserved Facility and any surrounding areas that guests utilize, including but not limited to restrooms, parking lot, entry, etc. The reserving party is responsible for leaving the Facility in its provided condition. Failure to leave the Facility in the condition it was provided will result in forfeiture of the cleaning/damage deposit.
    • All private rental events, including Cabana rentals, are highly encouraged to provide General Liability insurance.
    • Helium balloons (all amenities), balloons of any kind (i.e., water balloons) (Cabanas), candles (i.e., candles on a birthday cake), powder (i.e., gender reveal), cannons or poppers of any kind, faux pearls beads (i.e., beads of any kind), fireworks, confetti, glitter, rice, silly string, and birdseed are strictly prohibited. They will result in an offense (see the fine schedule). Existing facility decor cannot be removed or altered in any way.
    • I, the undersigned, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inspiration Residential, Inc., its agents, and its employees from all claims, damages, judgments, and fees arising from the use of the amenity center and any association common area, facility, and equipment, and will take full responsibility for anyone attending this event. I will be in attendance throughout the entire length of the event and understand that ifl leave the event, the event will end immediately, and the entire deposit will be forfeited.
    • Applicant requesting the facility rental has also signed the Inspiration Residential Homeowners' Association Informed Consent, Release, and Waiver Agreement, linked on the Association website www.inspirationtxhoa.com/inspiration-mobile-access-cards/. By signing this agreement, the resident acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined, including the assumption of risk, release of liability, and indemnification provisions related to the use of the facility.
    • Applicant acknowledges and understands the Association, including their respective officers, directors, employees, partners, agents, successors, assigns, affiliates, members (of an LLC) contractors, subcontractors of any level, sister and parent companies, subsidiaries, and interrelated companies are not insurers and that Applicant assumes all risks for personal in jury, loss or death to persons, including personal property loss or damage, and further acknowledges that the Inspiration Residential Association have made no representations or warranties, nor has Applicant relied upon any representations or warranties, expressed or implied, as to the safety of the Facility.
    • Applicant releases, acquits, forever discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Inspiration Residential Association from all claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever, at common law, statutory, or otherwise, that applicant has or might have, known or unknown, now existing or that might arise hereafter, directly or indirectly attributable to the use of the facility. This release is specifically intended to release all claims of any kind which applicant may have against Inspiration Residential Association's own negligence, regardless of whether such negligence is the sole, joint, comparative, or contributory cause of any claim, demand, cause of action, or liability indemnified against related to applicant's use of the facility.
    • Applicant assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage caused or sustained by each of the members of applicant's household regardless of age ( collectively, "household members") and any guests and invitees of applicant or its household members, due to any act or omission of Inspiration Residential Association while applicant and the household members and their guests and invitees are in, about, or upon the facility, or while they are using the facility as described in this release, whether or not caused by the sole, joint, comparative, or contributory negligence of Inspiration Entities. Applicant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inspiration Residential Association from and against all claims, damages, causes of action (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or resulting from applicant's, household members', or their guests' and invitees' use of or presence, directly or indirectly, in and near the facility.
    • Events that do not conform to the requirements and standards stated in the Facility Rental Policy and any violations by Applicant and Applicant's guests will result in immediate cancellation or termination of the rental event and forfeiture of the rental amount and security deposit, as provided in the Facility Rental Policy.
    • I understand that any damage to the property, building, furnishings, equipment and/or surrounding area as a result of this event and/or its attendees will be my full responsibility, and any charges incurred by the Association may be deducted from the security deposit and/or charged against my Association account as a Special Assessment.
    • I understand that the Amenity Center and all Association common areas are shared spaces for the use of all Inspiration homeowners and that I am not guaranteed privacy or quiet during my event. 
    • To ensure homeowners have access to all amenities, five private rentals for the cabanas at Club Inspiration and Hope Harbor.
    • The Amenity Center may not be used for any type of commercial or profit-generating function. Selling goods or services is prohibited.
    • All Inspiration community events and Chartered Club reservations will have priority over private rentals.
    • Residential Association, INC. We CANNOT accept cash or credit card payments.
    • I have read and fully understand the terms of this agreement and the policies set forth in the Inspiration CC&Rs and Policies & Procedures. By signing this document, I agree to adhere to all policies.

      I understand that if I bring alcohol to my private event at Club Inspiration and fail to provide the required items (such as insurance and TABC Server), I will be held responsible for any resulting issues, and my deposit will be forfeited.

      By bringing or consuming alcoholic beverages during your private event, I, the undersigned resident, acknowledge and agree to the following:

      I understand that I am solely responsible for any and all consequences, damages, or injuries resulting from the possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol by myself or any guest under my responsibility during my event.

      I hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inspiration Residential Association its board members, officers, agents, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol brought by me or my guests to the event.

      I further agree that, if representation is required as a result of any incident involving alcohol that I or my guests bring to the event, I will fully cooperate with and assume responsibility for such representation on behalf of the Association.

      By signing or participating in the event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the above terms.

  • Payment

    A check must be brought into the association office for all facility reservations. No reservation will be confirmed until payment has been received. *CHECK WILL BE CASHED AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION, NOT on your event day.
