Oral Submission

Please read these instructions carefully. Submissions that do not follow the below criteria, or include videos, animations, or interactive elements, will be rejected without review.
*Proof of Presenting Author Registration*: A valid ticket purchase code for the presenting author is required to submit a presentation. An In-person ticket purchase is required for all UK authors invited for oral presentation.

File name: Use the following format (FullName_AbstractNumber) e.g. JohnSmith_RRF_001

File type: Submit as PowerPoint (.ppt) only. Videos are permitted. Do not include animations or interactive elements.

File size: Maximum size 10 MB

Orientation & format: Slides must be in landscape orientation. Recommended aspect ratio: 16:9 for best display. You must use the official presentation template (sent within notification email).

Contents: The RRF logo must be included in the corner of every slide.

Slides: Maximum 8 slides in total

Timing: You will have 8 minutes for your presentation, followed by 2 minutes for questions. Please ensure you stay within your allocated time. Presenters who exceed the limit will be asked to stop.
