    Your perspective can help shape United Way North Central Florida's next chapter.

  • United Way North Central Florida (UWNCFL) is beginning the process of developing our next strategic plan, and we want to hear from the people who know our community best.

    As a donor, volunteer, community leader, business partner, or other community stakeholder, your perspective is important. We want to understand how you see the needs of our community, how you view UWNCFL's role today, and where you believe we can make the greatest difference in the years ahead.

    Many of the questions will explore community needs through an ALICE lens—looking beyond traditional measures of poverty to understand the challenges faced by households that are working but still struggling to afford basic necessities.

    This survey should take approximately 10-12 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers. We are looking for your honest perspective, including where you think UWNCFL is doing well and where we could do better.

    Your feedback will be reviewed alongside input from community residents and nonprofit organizations and will help inform United Way North Central Florida’s strategic priorities for the next three to five years.
