This registration is a request to enroll in a 15-lesson semester music lessons. No payment is required when submitting this form. We will review your child’s instrument, experience, lesson preference, and availability before coordinating placement with an instructor. Once the lesson format, teacher, day, and time are confirmed, we will contact you to complete an enrollment form and billing. Semester tuition and the $55 annual registration fee will be due only after placement is confirmed. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee placement.
