Civic Amarillo Holiday Market Vendor Application
The Amarillo Civic Center and Center City of Amarillo are working together to host an outdoor holiday market for the Amarillo community.

Amarillo Parks and Recreation will have activities for the kids!

The location of the market will be the Pavilion at the Santa Fe Depot. We hope for this market to begin a yearly tradition with a goal to bring families to experience the holiday season on the Historic Santa Fe Depot grounds in the heart of downtown Amarillo.

Mark your calendars for these dates:

Friday, December 4th (1pm to 10pm)

Saturday, December 5th (1pm to 10pm)

Sunday, December 6th (1pm to 8pm)

Admission Ticket Prices-
- Adults (13 & over)- $10.00
- Children 12 & under free (Must be accompanied by an adult)
- Weekend passes- $20.00 for all 3 days

- Fill the form out completely

- Be as detailed as possible in your description of the merchandise you will sell.

- Merchandise subject to approval

- Upload at least 3 pictures (jpg. format) of your merchandise.

- Applications are due no later than Monday, November 16th by 5pm.

- Payment is NOT expected at the time of application.

- Approved vendors will contacted directly by the Amarillo Civic Center.

- After your booth has been accepted, payment can be made by calling Mandy Smoot at (806) 654-1719.
Pricing:

Vendor pricing options offered on a first-come first-serve basis.

$100.00- 10x10 regular booth with one table and two chairs

$150.00-  10 x10 Corner booth with 3 tables and two chairs in prime location

$200.00-  10x20 booth with 4 tables and two chairs

$250.00-  10x10 Decorated Christmas Cottage in prominent location.

$50.00 - To add electricity and/or WIFI to your vendor space

Please note- it is recommended you have a light source for your booth as this event will include an evening shopping experience.
