This document relieves the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce, the Fairbanks North Star Borough, the City of Fairbanks, Tanana Valley State Fair Association, Kinross Fort Knox Mine, and others from liability for personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage caused by negligence.
