• Annual general meeting (AGM) Voting Declaration & Membership fee

  • Each Club Member must declare the sector(s) or league(s) in which they intend to participate for the 2027 season. Each sector is subject to a $200 Membership Fe, which guarantees two (2) votes at the 2026 OLA Annual General Meeting, subject to OLA voting eligibility requirements for designated representatives in accordance with the Club Member's Executive Representatives.

    Complete the information below and select the sector(s) your club or association intends to participate in for the 2027 season. Your total membership fee and associated AGM votes will be calculated automatically based on your selections.

    OLA By-Law Deadline: October 15, 2026

    Voting Eligibility: AGM voting rights are subject to the club being in good standing, having its membership certified, and having all applicable bonds, entry fees, and other obligations to the OLA paid by October 15, 2026. Minor Associations must have participated during the 2026 season to maintain voting rights in the sector they are registered for in 2027.

Each eligible sector or level of participation carries a $200 membership fee and provides two (2) votes at the 2026 OLA Annual General Meeting, subject to OLA voting eligibility requirements.
