If any of my students are accepted into the SJCOE/SJCMEA Honors Concert Program, I agree to attend all adjudication meetings and rehearsals (including the live auditions when applicable) and concert as outlined in the schedule.
I agree to supervise my participating students at all times during SJCMEA events or send a district representative if I am unable to attend. I understand that my principal will be notified if I have an unexcused absence.
Further, it is understood that the San Joaquin County Office of Education, the SJCMEA or its sponsors do not assume any responsibility of liability for the actions and/or conduct of students participating in the Honors Concert.
I understand that I will receive a "School Agreement", which serves as the official contract for my participation in this event. I agree to sign and return said document in a timely manner.
