We're excited to offer school photos for the year of 2026-2027 for Live Oak Classical School. Below you will see package options and details regarding school photos. A portion of the overall sales will be given back to Live Oak.

 

---DEADLINE Information---

There is a DEADLINE for submissions so please pick your packages and make payments as soon as possible to avoid a late fee. The DEADLINE for any and all orders is October 7th, 2026. A late fee of $25 will be required per order form after 5pm on October 7th 2026

 

--- IMPORTANT Sibling photo information---

If you plan to do sibling photos please purchase a package below by SEPTEMBER 21st. After this date ordering sibling images will be disabled on this form and no longer offered. This is the ONLY way the photographer team will know you want them

 

-Details-

Dates of School Photos-

-Wednesday September 16th (Grammar School Individuals with Class Photos and Staff/Faculty Photos)

-Wednesday September 23rd (Logic/Rhetoric Individuals with Class Photos, all remaining staff and facutly) ALSO (7:15-8:00AM-ONLY SIBLING PHOTO DAY)

-Wednesday September 30th (7:15-8:00am) MAKE UP PHOTO DAY (Students, Staff and Faculty)

-Deliverables-

Print Packages will arrive at Live Oak no later than December 1st. Digital Images will arrive in a hi-resolution gallery link that can be downloaded and shared with full rights via email provided in this form. We appreciate your understanding of our editing process. Proper and polished edits take some time but we will get your images returned as soon as possible.

Live Oak Classical Photo Package Purchase Options

Below are options of printed and digital image packages. There are also options to add on class photos and sibling photos. If you have MULTIPLE students please choose MULTIPLE quantities of packages for the number of children you have. You're able to order multiple per student if you wish as well.

There will be NO proofs before purchase, however, we have several years of experience and deliver high quality products. If there is any type of issues with your order, we will be glad to help in any way we can. Thank you for your business with your orders and your support.
