- RULES and LIABILITY WAIVER -
All dogs must be A.D.B.A. registered to enter any ADBA sanctioned event. (Dogs ADBA registration paper(s) or Show & Pull ID card must be presented when registering for event)
No puppies or dogs allowed on the premises - for sale or otherwise - unless entered in one the day's sanctioned events, or entered in day(s) fun event with an ADBA Limited Performance Program (LPP) ID card.
All children on premises must have adult supervision at all times.
All dogs will be secured in dog crates and attended to at all times. Crates must be in good condition.
Dogs will be held in designated holding area until called for participation.
While participating in event(s), leads are to be no longer than 4 feet and attached to a "belt buckle" collar. Collar must be secure. No "Flexi" leads, quick release snaps, or "choke chains" allowed.
There will be no "facing-off" of dogs, "challenges" or un-sportsman like conduct allowed.
No spayed or neutered dogs allowed in conformation event - No bitches in heat allowed.
Inappropriate and/or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Any dog showing aggression to humans, or human showing aggression to dog, will be barred from participation. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
* AGREEMENT *
I certify that I am the actual owner of the dog, or that I am duly authorized agent to the actual owner. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the sanctioning body, hosting club, and participating show ground, and acknowledge violations of same will result with the forfeit of dog's participation and entry fee. I personally assume all responsibility and liability for myself and this dog and hold harmless club hosting this event, and all other parties from any claim, loss, or injury. I agree to cooperate with hosting club officials/judge if an incident occurs so a report may be completed and submitted to the ADBA with the judge's book for further investigation. I attest that my dog has had a rabies vaccination within the past year, and is current on all other vaccinations, including Parvo.
